JADEHARE pouches are produced at our site in Zhongbei Industrial Park, Beishicao Town, Shunyi District, Beijing, China. A 4,600 m² preparation workshop built to EU standards, an in-house R&D laboratory and an output of more than 3 million cans a month support brands from first samples to national distribution.

From formulation to finished can
Every stage happens under one roof, so we control quality, timing and confidentiality for your brand.

Flavor extraction
Food-grade flavors are extracted from natural plants and blended for each recipe.
Step 3
Fill preparation
Synthetic nicotine, plant-based fillers, humectant and pH adjuster are mixed in the 4,600 m² preparation workshop.
Step 4
Pouching
Fill is portioned at 0.55 g into food-grade non-woven fleece using a wet process.
Step 5
Inspection
Pouches are checked for fill, sealing and appearance before canning.
Step 6
Batch testing
Finished batches are tested before release, and documentation is prepared for export.
Research-led production
JADEHARE was founded in 2021 as a technology company working on synthetic nicotine, nicotine pouches and nicotine alternatives. Our own PhD R&D team means formulation changes, new flavors and custom strengths are handled in-house rather than outsourced.
The raw material is synthetic nicotine made in the laboratory from non-tobacco ingredients, with purity up to 99.999%. Combined with food-grade flavors from natural plants and food-grade excipients, it gives a clean, consistent base for every recipe.

What nicotine do you use?
We use synthetic, tobacco-free nicotine with purity up to 99.999%. It contains no tobacco leaf and no tobacco-specific impurities, which gives a cleaner flavor base and more consistent strength from batch to batch.

Our 4,600 m² preparation workshop is built to EU standards and the company reports passing audits by the US FDA and the UK MHRA. Certificates and lab reports for specific products are shared with buyers on request during the sampling stage.
