Does JADEHARE offer white label and private label nicotine pouches?
Yes. JADEHARE manufactures white label nicotine pouches from our existing recipes and fully custom private label (ODM) pouches with your own flavor, strength and packaging. We handle formulation, can and label design, compliance documents and production in our Beijing factory.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for nicotine pouches?
Wholesale orders of existing JADEHARE products qualify for agent pricing from 10,000 cans per order. Private label MOQ depends on how much is customised (flavor, strength, can colour, printing method), so we quote it per project. Send us your brief and we will reply with the MOQ, price and lead time for your exact specification.
Which nicotine strengths can you produce?
Our standard catalogue covers 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 19 mg nicotine per pouch. For OEM projects we can formulate other strengths to match your market, including lower levels for markets with nicotine limits and stronger levels where allowed.
Can you design the packaging for my brand?
Yes. Our design team can create can artwork, lid embossing, label layouts, outer cartons and display boxes, or produce from your print-ready files. We include the warnings and label information your destination market requires.
What does the OEM process look like?
A typical project runs in seven steps: brief, samples, formulation, packaging design, compliance check, mass production, and QC & shipping. You approve the recipe and artwork before production starts, and receive inspection documents with every shipment.

Can I get free samples before ordering?
Yes. Qualified B2B buyers such as brand owners, importers and distributors can request free samples of our classic white and BLAST capsule pouches. Tell us your company, market and the flavors or strengths you want to test using the inquiry form.
What nicotine do you use?
We use synthetic, tobacco-free nicotine with purity up to 99.999%. It contains no tobacco leaf and no tobacco-specific impurities, which gives a cleaner flavor base and more consistent strength from batch to batch.
How many flavors are available?
There are 10 classic white pouch flavors (Grape, Lemon, Ice Cream, Spearmint, Coconut, Tropic Breeze, Red Fruits, Coffee, Ice Cool, Energy) and 5 BLAST capsule flavors (Doublemint Icing, Orange Mango, Apple Juice, Chocolate Coffee, Pineapple Mango). Our flavor team can also develop new flavors for private label customers.
What are BLAST capsule nicotine pouches?
BLAST pouches contain a small flavor bead inside each pouch. When you squeeze the pouch, the bead bursts and releases a second flavor, so one pouch delivers two taste stages. They come in 6 mg and 12 mg with 16 pouches per can.
What are the pouch and can specifications?
Each pouch holds 0.55 g of fill in a food-grade non-woven fleece made with a wet process. Classic cans contain 20 pouches and BLAST cans contain 16 pouches, packed in a PP round can with a two-layer lid that stores used pouches. Shelf life is 18 months stored below 20 °C.

What is your production capacity?
Our line produces more than 3 million cans per month. Regional partners get priority production scheduling to protect their stock during peak periods.
Do you sell to consumers?
No. This site is for businesses only: brand owners, importers, wholesalers and retailers. We never sell to minors, and all products are intended for adults of legal age in their market.
Factory & quality
What quality certifications and audits does the factory have?
Our 4,600 m² preparation workshop is built to EU standards and the company reports passing audits by the US FDA and the UK MHRA. Certificates and lab reports for specific products are shared with buyers on request during the sampling stage.
Where is JADEHARE located?
Our office is in the Weifang Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Shandong, China, and production is in the Zhongbei Industrial Park, Shunyi District, Beijing. We ship to importers worldwide.
Compliance
Do you help with regulations in my country?
Yes. We support labelling, warning text and product documentation for your destination market and share policy briefings with agents and partners. Nicotine pouch rules differ widely by country (age limits, nicotine caps, flavor rules, notification), so final legal responsibility for market entry stays with the importer.

Orders of 10,000+ cans of existing JADEHARE products qualify for agent status with lower pricing and marketing support. Regional partners start with 30,000+ cans, reach 200,000+ cans within three months and then average 200,000+ cans per month, in exchange for regional exclusivity, OEM rights and co-branding.
